How to register
Interested in our assortment but don’t have an account yet? Visit our Registration page. From here it is pretty straight forward - fill in the required details and click on ‘Confirm’. Your account manager will contact you as soon as possible to give you your username and password login to buy on our web shop.
My login details do not work
Make sure you enter your username first, then your password. If you still can’t log in, please contact your account manager.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay with a debit card, credit card or bank transfer in pending payments through your account on the webshop.
How to login
Already have an account? Click on the login button in the header to fill in your username and password. Don’t forget to check the ‘remember me for next time’ button in order to save your details to your computer. This will automatically fill in your information next time you visit our shop!
My account is blocked, what do I do?
If your account is blocked, it is usually because you've reached your credit terms. Log into your account and go to Pending Payments to make a payment. If you are up to date with payments, contact your account manager.
Forgot your password
Did you forget your password? No problem! Click "Forgot password" and we'll send a password reminder.
Forgot my username
Did you forget your username? No problem! Contact Hoek Support and they will help you right away.
